We're Hiring - Affiliate Manager Required
Due to continued expansion Furntech Ltd. require an experienced Affiliate Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Affiliate programs and pay per click advertising campaigns. You will be able to oversee the creation and expansion of business relationships with global affiliate partners. You will be a commercially astute, enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills. You will be familiar with structured sales techniques, be energetic and a great communicator. A hands on, methodical approach to this role is essential with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and to deadlines.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing PPC advertising campaign
- Optimizing performance of PPC campaigns
- Managing and growing our Affiliate traffic
- Optimization of revenue generated through our network
- Develop and take responsibility for a Sales strategy and channels
- Aggressively grow the affiliate network client base worldwide
- Meet quarterly sales targets
- Develop a sales presentation geared to optimizing value for our clients
- Manage customer relationships and be able to grow account business
- Develop business relationships and be actively involved in the recruitment, retention and activation of new affiliates
- Increase the number of active/producing affiliate partners
- Negotiate pricing and commission terms for affiliates on all campaigns
- Optimize affiliates accounts by effectively recommending campaigns relevant to how they promote
- Develop close internal working relationships to help define report requirements and optimize affiliate performance
- Regular communication over the phone and online with affiliates
- Research and report on all trends in the online affiliate sector
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role a must
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a professional approach
- Detail Orientated: An ability to complete a large volume of work quickly
- An interest in technology, e-Commerce and marketing
- You must have excellent computer and writing skills
- You should be able to demonstrate good fact-finding skills
- The ability to think creatively and strategically
- You must demonstrate initiative and an ability to work to target
