We're Hiring - Calling All Account Managers

An Account Manager position has arisen at Furntech Ltd.

As Account Manager you will be responsible for handling all points of customer contact. The ability to resolve customer queries politely and efficiently whilst remaining cool under pressure is a must. Responsibilities Include:

  • Be the primary contact for customers who advertise on our network of websites.
  • Take ownership of your own customer base and proactively co-ordinate their
  • service requirements
  • Invent new campaigns to foster loyalty and increase the satisfaction of your customer base
  • Track regular queries or problems and liaise with the technical team to produce solutions
  • Consistently monitor customer satisfaction and report to management on requested features or improvements
  • Analyse the needs of the clients and make suggestions as to how to improve the services provided to them
  • Developing new business (cold calling, up selling etc)

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a professional phone manner
  • Detail Orientated: An ability to complete a large volume of work quickly
  • An interest in technology, e-Commerce and marketing
  • You must have excellent computer and writing skills
  • You should be able to demonstrate good fact-finding skills
  • The ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • You should be persuasive and have ability to close a sale.
  • You must demonstrate initiative and an ability to work to target.
